设计特征：
1、移动柜材料采用上海宝钢A级冷扎钢板，材料厚度根据各部位承重要求而定：底架2MM，立柱1.2MM,挂板0.8MM,其它0.8MM.
2、传动件:
①路轨：20×20实心方钢，外包0.8MM不锈钢管；
②传动轴：ф20MM圆钢,45#钢。
③链条：4分工业链条。
④滚轮：铸钢，每个能承重2吨。
⑤塑料方向太盘。
⑥轴承：优质204型轴承。
3、表面处理：经过磷化、防腐、防锈处理，然后再高温静电粉末喷涂。
